About Greenpark

Greenpark History Image

Greenpark Products Ltd is a privately owned New Zealand company, established by it’s founding director in 1954 as Coach & Trim Supplies Ltd. Doug Miller, after returning from the second world war and working for Ried & Twiname for a short time, started importing products from England for the coach building industry. The products were stored under his house and he caught the bus and tram to call on his clients.

The business grew, an old house in Newmarket was bought and filled with the increasing range of products. The business soon out grew the house which was demolished and a purpose built warehouse was built.

A manufacturing unit was established in Onehunga and then with the advent of flexible foam plastic a foam conversion plant was established in near by Te Papapa. As the three divisions grew it was decided to consolidate the three separate operations into one location and an old factory was purchased in Greenpark Rd., Penrose.

Our Purpose Built Premises

New Greenpark Building

A new purpose built factory, warehouse and showroom was built in 1990 on the site. Unlike many manufacturers, Greenpark has not moved any of it's production to Asia or China. Greenpark's products are still made in New Zealand, where we value our staff and their families and are committed to the quality of all the products we manufacture and deliver.
