QuickDryFoam can create the feel you require, from plush softness to firm and comfortable for thinner seats, squabs and loungers. We have three grades to work with, super soft, soft and firm and can create the product you require.
We can laminate the different QuickDryFoam grades together and also add bonded Tigerfil polyester to create extra plushness and ensure the covered product looks and feels good. Please contact us for further assistance - we specialise in creating beautiful luxurious Performance Outdoor Cushions.
Profile cut. We excell with the difficult. We can profile cut virtually any shape and laminate components to create those settings seen on Super Yachts. For example, Sailing Yacht: SY Imagine ll and Motor Yacht: LEV Big Fish

How to Order
Sheets
The standard sheet size is 2030x1030mm. Choose the grade (SuperSoft, Soft or Firm) and the thickness you require.
Cut to Size
We can cut any shape you require. Square cut, profiled, angled, circular, just send the dimensions and we will cut the product you require.
Squab Inners
Simply send us your dimensions, drawings, templates or covers of your cushions. Choose the grade (SuperSoft, Soft or Firm) and the bonded polyester wrap weight (135, 170 or 240gsm) that provides extra plushness and eliminates wrinkles in the cover, and we will do the rest.
Scatter Cushion Inners
QuickDryFill in non woven outers. Supply us with the size of the inner, together with the weight required. QuickDryFill is Soft cut QDF chips mixed 50/50 with Tigerfil polyester fibre.
