At Greenpark we carry an extensive range of Maxfoam foam grades and Tigerfil fibre fill for all facits of furniture manufacture. We are the experts at designing and producing the foam components for the furniture you make. Our staff, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years are fully qualified to help with all aspects of product design and development through to production and delivery.

Customer service includes, for registered clients, being able to log into our design and production system. From there they can order online, check their web order history, track orders as they progress through our factory, check they were delivered and on what invoice number, enter planned orders that are awaiting on some resource to be delivered to them (eg. fabric) and check on their products for price, specifications and drawings.
Our factory can produce small runs to bulk orders. We specialise in production runs. We can cut thousands or smaller runs as required by you the furniture manufacturer.
